your shamanic healing
All shamanic healing begins with an initial diagnostic journey to determine what type of healing is needed. Healing work may begin in the first session or be set for a later time if more preparation is needed. The most important aspect of a shamanic healing is the desire and willingness of the individual to let go of past wounds and embrace the healing process. This may take the form of a single session, or include a series of steps within a larger healing process. Empowerment work, ceremonies, or sacred space work may be called for as part of the healing process, especially when preparing for or integrating a Soul Retrieval.
Throughout the healing process, you will have power animals and spirit allies holding space for you from across the worlds. They may make themselves known to you in the course of the healing work. All shamanic journeying will be performed by the facilitator, unless otherwise prescribed. However, you will most likely be given spiritual work of your own to do, either before or after your session, to facilitate and deepen the effects of your healing.
power animal retrieval
Power Animals are spirit helpers who watch over us, lending us their strength, guidance, and protection. Their presence is an important spiritual support upon which our strength, health, and spiritual power is anchored. Through a shamanic journey, your personal Power Animal will be retrieved. You will be given the opportunity to learn about the unique strengths and gifts your Power Animal is bringing to your spirit, as well as how you can forge a deeper connection with this Spirit in your daily life. Power Animal Retrieval is especially helpful for those experiencing chronic illness, depression, or disempowerment, and is often performed in conjunction with Release Healings and Soul Retrievals.
release healing
When negative thought forms, stagnant energy, or old traumas become stored in our bodies, they can manifest as physical ailments, illness, and emotional difficulties. Release Healing removes these blockages, often letting go of the roots of chronic pain and suffering.
In the course of this work, displaced or blocked energy forms are seen through a shamanic journey, and with the aid of spirit helpers, these energies are removed and transmuted. Healing energies can then sent to strengthen the individual, before the healing is completed and sealed.
soul retrieval
Through the course of our lives, many of us have experienced traumas, losses, or hardships in which a bit of our vital essence is lost. A Soul Retrieval is a powerful form of shamanic healing in which pieces of your lost essence or ‘soul’ are retrieved, returning you to a natural state of joy, vitality, and wholeness.
Soul loss can result from:
*Physical or emotional trauma
*Abuse
*Extreme grief, including loss of a loved one
*Soul theft, often occurring during childhood
*Giving away a piece of one's self in a close relationship
*Ongoing hardships in which a bit of one's vital essence is lost
Since Soul Retrieval is such a deep form of healing, it should be embarked upon only when a person is ready to do the personal work involved. To get the most benefit from a soul retrieval, it is often very helpful to learn the techniques of shamanic empowerment in preparing for your soul retrieval, allowing you to journey to your returning soul parts during their integration. Additional spirit work may be prescribed to facilitate the soul retrieval process.
